I was originally recommended to both Luxe Cleaning and their sister company, Luxe Carpet Cleaning & Detailing, by a good friend, and I’m so glad I was. Rob from Luxe Carpet Cleaning and Stephanie from Luxe Cleaning both took the time to meet with me personally to discuss a quote. Their professionalism, personable attitude, and attention to detail immediately stood out and honestly sold me on giving them a chance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel services at the time. However, after moving into my new home, I reached back out to Stephanie for a move-in clean. She came by, provided a very reasonable quote, and just a few days later she was there working her magic. When I walked into my home after that first clean, I was genuinely in tears. Stephanie did an absolutely incredible job. My home looked amazing, smelled incredible, and finally felt like home. Her attention to the little details did not go unnoticed, and the products she used smelled wonderful (she even asked if I had scent preferences, which I appreciated!). To make it even more impressive, she managed to do all of this while my two cats and dog followed her around the entire time! “Hi highly recommend Luxe cleaning. I have a standup recliner that needed a good cleaning and had a terrible smell. I called around with one company saying it was very unlikely the smell would come out. I called Luxe and was told the smell would not come out with the first cleaning but it would likely come out with 3-4 cleanings. For a small price they were even kind enough to offer to pick up and deliver the chair. When it was delivered back it looks just like it did when it was first bought and the smell is totally gone. Pricing was very reasonable, they kept me updated how the cleaning was coming. Exceptional service”
